"Some years ago Black Hills sent me some rounds of ammo to test and I have been one of their fans ever since. Their ammo was the first I had ever used that would outshoot my reloads. My son-in law and I took a Winchester model 70 in .270 to Africa in May of 2006 and we took 14 animals with Gold 130 gr. Nosler Ballistic Tip. My best shot was a black Springbok at 390 yards. The Springbok is about the size of a domestic goat. The average shot was between 200 and 300 yards on the majority of our animals. The largest of the Hartebeest will go in the top 20 record book. I can have any ammo I want because I own a sporting goods store but when I want accuracy I always pick up Black Hills Gold. If I miss I know it was me."
